It is our intention to run Open Tender so any supplier who has a product meeting our requirements can bid for this opportunity We would like to invite you to participate in a pre-tender engagement session via Teams which will enable us to gain a better understanding of what the market currently has to offer\. Please see attached draft specification of the service and slide deck\. Locate the opportunity using 'My Proposals and Quotes' or in 'Find Opportunities' We are going to run these session via Teams across the following days: - 17/10/23 - Session 1 - 13:00-13:45; Session 2 - 13:45 - 14:30 - 18/10/23 - Session 3 - 15:00-15:45; Session 4 - 15:45 - 16:30 Can you please confirm that you would like to participate in these with your preferred choice by no later than 12:00 on 16/10/2023\. Slots will be allocated on first come first serve basis\. Each session will consist of a supplier presentation followed by a Q&A from our procurement panel, made of up clinical and operational staff members\.
