Curriculum Senior Leaders Programme

Description

Research conducted by ETF in 2021 found that leaders responsible for curriculum and quality will benefit from a professional development programme that supports participants to develop curriculum strategies and explore the latest thinking on pedagogy. The Department for Education (DfE) Leadership development grant for 2021/22 includes funding to develop and deliver a pilot of this programme. Themes covered within the programme will include future jobs, future skills need, curriculum and quality, and pedagogy in FE. The target audience for this programme will be senior leaders with curriculum and quality responsibility. Participants' role titles will typically be Vice Principal, Curriculum and Quality Head/Lead, Director of Curriculum, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director.
