## Description

Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) to enable the installation of energy efficiency measures to domestic properties as part of a retrofit programme designed to reduce carbon and tackle fuel poverty\. Where demand for works of this nature is identified, the DPS will be utilised to identify a partner organisation\(s\) with whom to develop retrofit plans and deliver energy efficiency measures\. These will be selected via a further competition advertised via the ProActis tender portal\. This is a joint procurement between Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, Doncaster Council, Sheffield City Council, and Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield Mayoral Combined Authority\.
