Homes England is delivering a proportionate, risk-managed transformation of the closed Help to Buy Equity Loan service, ensuring it remains safe, sustainable, portable and value-for-money through to the end of the loan book's lifecycle.\r A key output of this programme is a future service model (TOM) that must support a competitive re-procurement of the Mortgage Administrator (MA) service.\r \r Procured via CCS MCF4 Framework.
