The project involves construction of a new single storey school teaching block incorporating classrooms, ICT room, group room, general offices, WC's, cleaners store, plant-room and circulation areas, together with associated services and external works installations. Please refer to the specification and drawings within the tender package for the full scope of the works to be undertaken. The procurement is being carried out through the Rise Frame Work, Group 2, General Construction, Band 3, £1m-£5m.
