## Description

The contract is awarded for an initial period of 2 years \(24 months\) -£535,426\.76 ex VAT Optional extension for up to 24 months Maximum contract term - 4 years \(48 months\) The procurement process was supported initially by MCH Procurement, and then MTW Procurement took over as procurement advisors in 2026 to place a new contract, for the Provision of a Medicine Optimisation Prescribing Decision Support System\. NHS Kent and Medway ICB's requirement is for a Prescribing Decision Support System,covering the ICB footprint\. A call-off process from the NHS SBS framework \(SBS10252\) was undertaken, involving a mini competition, this was restricted, only allowing suppliers on the framework to participate, to identify the most suitable provider to deliver requirements\.
