Contract variation for:
The development of a dashboard that will provide additional insight into CVD, with the aim to enhance the current tool to provide a more strategic view of the data which will enable ICSs to understand and engage with the tool more easily, with the ultimate aim of promoting and facilitating action locally to improve CVD prevention care and services.
