To provide WRAP with a detailed and unbiased understanding of the practicable opportunities, considerations and limitations in the use of compostable packaging \(particularly of compostable plastics\) as an optional packaging solution\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
