## Description

The Council owns a site of approx\. 10 acres situated off the A5 at Fenny Lock\. It is allocated in the Local Plan as a travellers site\. The intention is to seek interest from the market on the basis of a sale or pre-let with a Design & Build for a B8 Warehousing development \. Either disposal will be subject to planning consent as the site is not allocated for this use\. The procurement is for the provision of the following services to the Council: 1\. Sole or joint selling agency; 2\. As above but for letting assuming a Design & Build\.
