Work description
LBS renewed the Council's third party property management and information system which holds information on the Council's corporate properties in relation to Building Condition and Compliance, Repairs and Maintenance, Asset Valuations and Leases.
The system hosts the Facilities Management Helpdesk and the Council's Fixed Asset Register.
