## Description

The call-off contract shall commence on the 18th May 2026 and the expiry date will be 17th May 2027 for a period of twelve \(12\) months with the option to extend by a further six \(6\) months subject to internal approval\. The total contract value will be up to £7,250,000\.00 excluding VAT\. This Direct Award is being offered under RM6360 Legal Panel for Government, Lot 5: Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply\.
