Soft Market Testing - Business Events, Meetings, Conferences & Exhibitions : Lead Generation & Management of the Conference Ambassador Network

West Midlands Growth Company is exploring an opportunity to soft market test through prior market engagement, which is not a call for competition.

The purpose of this exercise is to identify potential providers for this requirement, to gauge interest in a potential future procurement process and for potential providers to provide indicative costings for their solution.

We require a specialist provider, who can demonstrate the previous experience and knowledge of the Business Events / MICE sector for the continuation and development of lead generation and also management of the Conference Ambassador Network until end of March 2025.
