## Description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Haymarket Theatre Refurbishment, PAN1127\.The works entail the refurbishment of the building to reinstate its function as a working theatre comprising new mechanical and electrical installations, various alterations and repairs as per the attached Specification documentation\. The supply & installation of the sound & lighting equipment is out of scope of this tender and will be done by others in parallel with these works\.
