## Description

Ofgem requires a recruitment agency to support with recruitment for an SCS2 position\. The agency will be required to: Design and attraction campaign \* Manage applications and candidate questions prior to advert closing\. \* Longlist pack- end of Sept/early Oct \* Support open event\. mid Sept \* Shortlist interviews - to be conducted prior to meeting \* Shortlist pack - Mid October \* Staff Engagement exercises - Late October\. This will include facilitation of meetings, organising the candidates to attend as well as och psychological testing \(OP\)\. \* Interview process- late October/Early November \* Offer process management-early November
