## Description

Provision of legal services to DESNZ in respect of Bulb Energy's special administration \(SAR\) - including legal support in preparation for, and servicing of, the Bulb Energy \(SAR\) Court of Appeal hearing, along with any associated consequential issues arising from the hearing\. In addition legal support will be required for 'business as usual' activities arising from the special administration and its wind down process\.
