## Description

This contract provides ongoing commercial and governance support to the Greater Manchester Zone Coordination Body \(ZCB\) remaining co-design process, and subsequent mobilisation and implementation phases\. The co-design process, led by government, has been iterative, requiring support to be procured in phases as/when the scope of work and associated budget have been clarified\.
