The Boroughwide Decency Programme 2024 - Package 5 has been awarded to Mullaley & Co. Ltd via the LHC Framework RM3, Lot 10 - Multi-Disciplinary Works, Project Value Band 2 (£750,000 to £2.5 million). The contract covers the delivery of multi-disciplinary refurbishment and improvement works across the borough to bring properties up to the Decent Homes Standard. The use of the LHC framework ensures a compliant procurement route, securing value for money and timely delivery of works in line with the Council's Boroughwide Decency objectives.
