Increase the confidence and competence of line managers to create a psychologically safe space Increase the confidence and competence when dealing with B\+H concerns Raise awareness of speak up routes Increase the number of people 'speaking up' i\.e\. reporting their experiences and concerns of Bullying and Harassment \(B\+H\)
