## Description

The works includes the final phase of heating distribution replacement scheme which includes\. The replacement of traditional radiators with low surface temperature radiators\. The replacement of existing fan convectors for new and extending the existing heating system to provide heating in areas that currently have no heating\. In all areas the heating pipework will be enclosed such as there are no hot surfaces to touch\.
