## Description

North London Waste Authority \(the 'Authority'\) is seeking a contractor to design and construct the following works at the Edmonton EcoPark: \(i\) a resource recovery facility incorporating a recycling and fuel preparation facility and a reuse and recycling centre and associated works; \(ii\) a building to be known as EcoPark House comprising of a visitor, community and education centre for the wider community, office accommodation and a boat canopy and associated works; \(iii\) laying and installation of new utilities and services to the resource recovery facility and EcoPark House; \(iv\) roads and hardstanding; and \(v\) landscaping\.
