## Description

This contract is for the provision of an online calling solution to enable users to make and receive phone calls to and from the external telephone network, as well as continue to be able to make internal calls\. Call Off from Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM3808\. Contract term is three years and includes the option to extend for two individual periods of 12 months if required\. \(3\+1\+1\)\.
