## Description

The requirement builds on a previously commissioned and published study on the impact of DBT support\. Due to a change in DBT's delivery model, the inception of new services could have altered firms' patterns of usage and how they are accessed \(e\.g\. digital vs\. face-to-face\) therefore to understand the effectiveness and particular types of DBT support, we need to consider the impact of the new system of support as a whole\.
