This contract is to undertake quarterly polling on GOV\.UK\. This research aimed to collect robust data on user satisfaction, trust, and engagement; evaluate the usability and effectiveness of the platform; and gain a comprehensive understanding of the GOV\.UK user base\. Insights generated from this work were used to inform continuous service improvements and enhance the overall user experience\.
