Training - leadership and talent academy

Leadership and Talent Academy procured via Bloom framework NEPRO3. Bassetlaw District Council is strengthening leadership at all levels to support ongoing transformation. To do this, we are investing in developing current and aspiring leaders through a Leadership and Talent Academy. The programme will build core supervision and management capability, provide practical tools for leading diverse teams and managing complexity, and equip participants to respond confidently tochange - helping to improve organisational resilience and service delivery.
