The provision of a specialist consultant team that will develop the design of the redevelopment of the Outdoor Sports Centre in Lordswood/Bassett \(Southampton\) from the current RIBA Stage 2 \(Concept Design\), fulfil the Principal Designer role, and undertake all necessary Employer's Agent site works monitoring and contract administration duties right the way through to RIBA Stage 6 \(Handover and Close Out\)\.
