Penfold Street Extra Care Housing Care and Support procurement

Westminster City Council is seeking to engage with suitably qualified tenderers to deliver care services within extra care housing to older people who require 24-hour care and support because of their physical, learning or mental ill-health or disability while living in their self-contained home with their own front door and tenancy, and a legal right to occupy the property

This contract is initially for period of 5 years with the option to extend for a further period of 3+2 years making a total possible Contract Period of 10 years.
