Sanitary and Hygiene Management Services

Thanet District Council is seeking to procure a specialist contractor to provide sanitary and hygiene bins and disposal of waste products from Public Conveniences across the District. The Council requires that these services are provided for a total 27 Public Conveniences on a seasonal schedule as shown in the Appendix A (Service Specification).

The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1st October 2021 for a duration of 1 Year, with an option of 2 extensions for 1 year and a further 1 year, at the sole discretion of the Council.

The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.

Any clarifications or questions must be submitted via the Message area of the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 10 September 2021.

Completed quotation documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 16 September 2021.
