## Description

The purpose of this tender procedure is to secure a partner for the transportation, acceptance and processing of co-mingled recycling for the Borough Council of Wellingborough, acting as a Waste Collection Authority\. Transport of the materials is to be included in bids\. The Council proposes to enter a three \(3\) year contract\. The Authority may extend this agreement beyond the Initial Term by two \(2\) further periods of up to twelve \(12\) months\.
