## Description

Gedling Borough Council appointed Alliance Leisure Services Ltd through the UK Leisure Framework to deliver the Carlton Active project\. As part of the approved Leisure Transformation Programme, a two-phase enabling works package was commissioned to facilitate redevelopment of the Richard Herrod Centre site\. The Phase 2 Demolition contract incorporates the demolition of the Richard Herrod Centre and associated site preparation works required to create a development-ready site for the future Carlton Active facility\. Delivery of Phase 2 Enabling Works comprising: • Demolition of the Richard Herrod Centre\. • Removal of associated slabs and foundations\. • Site clearance and preparation works\. • Demolition of existing bowls club structures\. • Temporary site infrastructure and security arrangements\. • Utility disconnections and enabling infrastructure works\. • Associated project management and delivery services through the UK Leisure Framework\.
