Developing static regional input-output tables that represent the economy today, this will; - Demonstrate the flow of goods and services of agriculture value chains, upstream and downstream, within the local economies and between geographies. - Outline interdependencies at lower geographies (e.g. NUTS3 Level) - Focus on key industries within agriculture value chains - Disaggregate agriculture into independent practices, including sensible categorization of farming methods
