Chichester District Council has identified a public convenience in Midhurst, West Sussex, to convert into a Changing Places facility. A CP toilet provides sanitary accommodation for people with multiple and complex disabilities who have one or two assistants with them. A suitably experienced and qualified contractor is required to undertake the refurbishment.
