Building on our 2023 report Local action towards a smoke-free future \| Local Government Association we're keen to capture more examples of councils using their powers to limit smoking in public places\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
