Provision of GBN Benchmarking/Scheme Design

Outcomes under this contract may include: - Defining GBN accountabilities within stakeholder landscape - Job Evaluation and indicative grading on new structures - Defining capability required for year 1 and as the organisation evolves, using scenarios - Identification of key design choices, with agreement on first phase operating model (year 1) including decisions on resourcing - Organisation Design based on Year 1 operating model with indicative size, shape and cost - CEO - 2 designed with talent acquisition plan - High level design and cost future development of operating model and org design: Years 2-3 and costings for Years 4-5 - Defining a Resourcing approach, including role prioritisation and hiring plan - Identification of business priorities in order to integrate identified culture into the organisation
