## Description

Refurbishment of toilets and change of the Storage room to a toilet as indicated in Drawings 5202248\.001 & 5202248\.002\. This includes the main building's staff toilets on ground floor level\. M&E works will be required with associated opening, other construction and making good works as required to effect said replacement works
