Play Area Surfacing Multi Supplier Framework

Chelmsford City Council is seeking to appoint a small number of appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to a multi supplier framework for the provision of play area surfacing works. Selection to the framework will be on the basis of two priced projects, and all subsequent call offs from the framework will be subject to mini competitions. The duration of the Framework will be for the period 1st May 2018 - 30th April 2022.
