## Description

Southampton City Council \(the "Council"\) was seeking to procure, via this Request for Quote \("RFQ"\), a suitably experienced supplier that is accredited in accordance with the regulatory requirement \("the Consultant"\) to shall provide suitable and sufficient refurbishment asbestos surveys to the Council for a contract term of four months only \("the Interim Project Surveys"\)\.
