Tender for the Provision of External Assurance from an Awarding Organisation for an Internal/Development Pathway/Programme and Related Services

Description

This document sets out the statement of requirements for the an external recognition / external assurance from an Awarding Organisation for an internal training / development pathway / programme for the Royal Berkshire Fire Authority (RBFA) ('The Authority'). Staff members at all different levels of the Authority need to complete various programmes / courses in order to undertake their roles, work towards completion of personal development plans and achieve competency. The Assurance Service must check the Authorities processes and procedures of the internal training / development pathway / programme.
