Evolve Interim Hardware Sourcing September 2022

- The purpose of this document is to report the outcome of the tender exercise for the provision of Short Term Hardware (ITT_6481) for the Digital And Technology Directorate. It is for the procurement of 6000 laptops and anticipated peripherals for the Digital and Technology refresh project The competition was tendered under Lot 2 of the Technology Products and Associated Services framework and this report seeks approval to award the contract to Atos IT Services UK Ltd for a total value of £4, 504, 248 plus VAT. The proposed contract will be awarded as a call off under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) TePAS Framework agreement. The competition was issued on 01/09/2022 with a submission deadline of 16/09/2022 from all the framework lot suppliers who were registered on the MoJ's eSourcing portal.
