\*\*\*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND REPLACED WITH 4028\.EFM\.SW\.24\*\*\* The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for a multi disciplinary consultancy services relating to the Broad Lane building\. Scope of Requirement: The tenderer will be required to provide a multi-disciplinary design service from RIBA Stages 1-7 for the Broad Lane building\. The multidisciplinary design team should consist of, at a minimum the following core disciplines: Building Surveyor/ Architect Project Manager Quantity Surveyor Principal designer \(CDM & B Regs\) The team should also consist of the following none core disciplines: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Structural engineering The full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest\. Tender Process and Documentation: This is an open exercise\. The ITT can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University\`s e-tendering system https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/Sheffield\. Closing date for receipt of tenders: 24th January 2024 at 12 noon \(UK time\)\.
