Description

Essex County Council delivers its resourcing service to the organisation through its internal recruitment team. To deliver this service a core part of our recruitment technology is our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which manages the candidate and hiring manager recruitment journey including raising a requisition, advertising roles, candidate application, shortlisting, interview and offer.
