Children and Young People's National Cancer Patient Experience Survey 2020-2022

Create a new survey to collect patient experience feedback from children and young people with cancer (under 16s). The supplier would be contracted to run three surveys, across five financial years in the first instance (six survey waves; 2 waves per survey). The new service will undertake cognitive testing of the survey; conduct survey fieldwork including printing and postage of approximately 4,500 questionnaires; collecting and processing all completed questionnaires; providing an analytical function which analyses the survey responses; providing survey results reports at national (1) and trust level (14).
