THE PROVISION OF KENNELLING AND REHOMING OF STRAY DOGS AND HOLIDAY/ABSENCE COVER FOR THE DOG WARDEN SERVICE

In accordance with section 149 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Cheshire East Council has a statutory requirement to deal with stray dogs within the borough.It is also intended that the contract will include the provision of a Dog Warden Service as required by the Council. The values in this notice are for the initial two year contract period and also take in to account the 12 month option to extend.
