## Description

The Government Property Unit \(GPU\) wishes to contract the Improvement and Development Agency, part of the Local Government Association \(LGA\), as delivery partner to jointly deliver the One Public Estate programme\. The One Public Estate programme, run jointly by GPU and the LGA, supports collaboration on land and property initiatives at a local level and helps local authorities take a leading role locally on asset management\.
