Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment of 167 Lytham Road, Warton, Lancashire PR4 1AE. This property is occupied and residents and staff will remain during the works. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on minor works and refurbishment of this existing supported living property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

•Minor external repairs to Masonry walls and flat roof •Internal refurbishment works within the existing property. •Associated plumbing and M&E services alterations, and installation of new boiler. •Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property.
