WO0299 Cricklade Leisure Centre Refurbishment

In October 2012 the Wiltshire Council Cabinet approved the business case and capital financial costings for the creation of a campus at Cricklade, near Swindon. This tender relates to the main contract works at Cricklade Leisure Centre, as part of the Wiltshire campus programme. The works consist of asbestos removal, the refurbishment of elevations & roofs, redecoration of communal areas, new wet changing rooms & toilets, a refurbished Youth Centre, refurbished plant room & M&E overhaul and a new reception area - commencement on site is expected to begin in July 2019 and last for 12 months. The tender takes the form of an Open RfQ - potential bidders are required to complete a set of Selection Questions, a PAS91 and a Quality Questions response.
