## Description

To facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of this project within strict funding timeframes, West Northamptonshire Council \(WNC\) are seeking a Contractor to enter into a Pre-construction Service Agreement \(PCSA\) to lead collaboratively on the design of the refurbishment and extension of Broadmead Court\.
