Work description
To facilitate the effective and efficient delivery of this project within strict funding timeframes, West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) are seeking a Contractor to enter into a Pre-construction Service Agreement (PCSA) to lead collaboratively on the design of the refurbishment and extension of Broadmead Court.
