DPS Large Sites - Hull City Council, East Bank Urban Village

The Authority is seeking to award a contract for the design and development of the East Bank Urban Village to one developer or consortium (Lead Developer Partner). Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) placed an Expression of Interest on 24 June 2024 on the Homes England Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Following receipt of expressions of interest, the Authority is inviting potential bidders to submit their tender to become the Lead Development Partner for the East Bank Urban Village Awarded to English Cities Fund (ECF) for the development of the east Bank Urban Village.
