## Description

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council \(The Council\) are inviting Tenders for the supply of Secure Bankers' Automated Clearing Services \(BACS\) Payment Software as a Service to make payments directly from one bank account to another as a cost effective means to pay salaries and suppliers, and collect income from debtors and tax payers\. The Council's current on site software needs to be replaced with a cloud based BACS approved solution\.
