Work description
Conduct user research to understand customer* and business requirements for the Centre of Expertise (CoEx) support channels, to enable and support improvements in Project Delivery capability in Defra to enable Defra to achieve its outcomes.
Note: *customer refers to staff in Defra group and our delivery partners, either working in, or interested in working in Project Delivery, who currently use CoEx services
